Another Listco for Eric Low

Eric Low, best known for steering property firm Oxley Holdings, will see another of his companies list on the SGX. The Assembly Place (TAP), Singapore’s leading co-living operator founded by Eugene Lim and seeded by Eric, will be listing this Friday.

I first met Eric when he was the CEO of Hafary Holdings, the go-to place for people looking for tiles, marble and building materials, in 2011.

But our paths unknowingly crossed before that, probably hundreds of times. And I mean that literally. We were batch mates in Hwa Chong Institution, with classrooms next to each other. We must have passed one another countless times in the corridors, on the way to class, or during recess (way before SATS catering).
