Azure Anchors Clearbridge’s Placement

It’s been a challenging few years for Jeremy Yee, CEO of Clearbridge Health — but it looks like the worst is behind him.

I’ve known Jeremy since his time as CEO of Cordlife, where he led the company from a market cap of $100 plus million to over $400 million before stepping down in 2016. He went on to list Clearbridge in 2017.

Last week, Clearbridge launched a placement to strengthen its balance sheet, and I’ve chosen to participate. Jeremy has some compelling plans in the biopharma space, and this injection of capital could provide both the resources and momentum needed for a meaningful turnaround.
