Beyond the Boardroom

I first met Steven Chong more than 25 years ago when I started out as an analyst. He was then the Managing Director of Seksun Engineering, the world’s largest supplier of top covers to the hard disk drive industry.

Today, he sits on the boards of three SGX-listed companies — Multi-Chem (Board Chairman), AIMS APAC REIT and Uni-Asia Holdings. While he may wear multiple hats, it’s clear which role brings him the greatest pride – being a grandfather to two young kids.
