Q&M Goes on Regional Expansion Spree

Singapore’s largest dental chain Q&M Dental has unveiled plans to spend US$113 million acquiring stakes in dental businesses in Australia and Thailand.

CEO Dr Ng Chin Siau has been putting the proceeds from Q&M’s S$130 million bond raised in August 2025 to work. Prior to these latest deals, the group announced a RMB150 million acquisition of a dental group in central China through its listed subsidiary, Aoxin Q&M.

Once the acquisitions are completed, Q&M will operate more than 200 dental clinics, cementing its position as one of the region’s largest private dental groups.
