Mindy is the Chief Operating Officer of Azure Capital.

Before joining Azure Capital, Mindy was a Manager at KPMG Services, where she specialised in financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Despite being the youngest member of the team, she worked on several landmark transactions, including the S$1.7 billion sale of Raffles Holdings to US-based Colony Capital in 2005. The transaction, which involved 41 hotels worldwide, was recognised as the “Deal of the Year” at the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific.

She also led the financial due diligence team supporting the merger of two offshore and marine companies, resulting in one of Singapore’s largest vessel operators. Across the region, Mindy played a key role in due diligence engagements for leading financial institutions, including Macquarie Bank, global media companies such as WPP Group and Warner Music, as well as hotel chains and consumer businesses.

Mindy began her career as an auditor with KPMG and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2007, now designated as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
