Mindy is the Chief Operating Officer of Azure Capital.

Before joining Azure, she was a Director at HTwo Investments and Singapore Childcare (SCC), where she was in charge of corporate development for the childcare and enrichment group. During her tenure, she oversaw the acquisition of one of the largest tuition groups in Singapore. Prior to that, Mindy was a Manager of KPMG Services, where she provided financial due diligence to companies undergoing mergers and acquisitions. Then the youngest member of the team, she worked on some of the biggest projects, including the Raffles Holdings sale to US-based Colony Capital in 2005. This S$1.7 billion deal which involved 41 hotels globally won the ‘Deal of the Year’ award at the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific. Mindy also managed a team which assisted in the merger of two offshore & marine companies to create one of Singapore’s largest vessel operators. Regionally, Mindy had a key hand in the financial due diligence for large financial institutions (Macquarie Bank), media conglomerates (WPP Group, Warner Music), hotel chains, and consumer companies.

She started her professional life as an auditor in KPMG, and obtained her CPA (now known as CA) in 2007.
