A Blast From The Past

David Kuo and I were judges in Singapore’s first reality TV stock competition on CNA back in 2017. Ten contestants from across the island, including two celebrities, had to construct their own stock portfolios, and the one with the best returns over eight weeks would go on to win.

Any one who follows David’s media interviews would know short term returns ain’t his cup of tea. He believes in long term value investing and building up wealth through dividends from time-tested companies. Fluctuations in share prices don’t bother him one bit.

Best known for being the face of Motley Fool Singapore, David is now spending much of his time penning investment books, with the first one – ‘Your Path to Salary Independence’ – just hot off the press.
