Gunning For The Pole Position in Co-Living
Mar 12, 2024
Eugene Lim established The Assembly Place (TAP) in 2019. Over the span of four years, it has burgeoned into the second largest co-living operator, boasting nearly 1,800 rooms and managing assets worth S$500 million. Among its assets are properties owned by partners such as Apricot Capital and Eric Low of Oxley Holdings.
Initially focused on residential spaces, TAP has expanded its portfolio to include student and foreign healthcare worker accommodations. A recent collaboration with dorm operator TS Group secured its maiden Ministry of Health contract to accommodate 1,180 staff, positioning TAP as the leader in this sector.
